Hello everyone.
This week started off quite nicely with some good university
feedback on our Electronic Musical Instrument Project. Ed Dowie
ordered a test stretch sensor and we were surprised when it snapped
off while Vangelis tried to test its maximum size! Quite a shock to
all of us, but in the end we found out it can be fixed thus
limiting the damage (quite an expensive sensor: around £
10.00!). As soon as I fix/find out a picture uploading problem I am
having with the application that updates this site, I will post a
3D sketch of our instrument.
Working from home has its good and bad parts and the worst is that
you lose contact with people which leads you to feel a little
depressed. I am trying to go to the Uni more often then to avoid
these things.
Sports now. Playing squash with my classmate Tony is proving to be
a good way to bring the stress down and some energy spent. Now we
just need to really know the rules of the game! :) Maybe this next
week calls for an internet search on how exactly to play it.
My football team in Brazil has won the 2nd division championship
and that is a good reason to celebrate tonight!
More soon - hopefully with some PD patches!
